Weβre happy to introduce a new feature in our Test Lab system β Refback Rewards. π
This feature was created to give active users an extra reason to participate in selected Test Lab projects while also helping us collect faster, more useful, and more objective information about the platforms we track.
In simple terms, Refback Rewards is designed to support two important goals at the same time:
reward active participation and improve communication about project performance. π€
What is Refback Rewards? π°
Refback Rewards allows eligible users to receive up to 100% reffback in WATCH, credited directly to their Main Balance.
This feature is available only for selected Test Lab projects, not for every project automatically. Each supported project may have its own rules, including how often a reffback claim can be submitted. In some cases, claims may be available once every 30 days, while other projects may use a different schedule. π
That means the refback claim period can vary from project to project, depending on the testing model, project status, and other internal criteria.
Why did we add this feature? π
The idea behind Refback Rewards is not just to give out extra rewards.
It was created because faster user feedback means faster project evaluation. When active users join projects, test them, and submit their information, it becomes much easier for us to understand what is really happening inside a project β whether it looks stable, promising, risky, or problematic.
This helps us provide faster and more objective updates to the community. π’
And that matters.
Because in this space, both good news and bad news should reach users as early as possible. The faster information moves, the better decisions everyone can make.
How does it work? π
For selected projects, users may see the option to participate in the Refback program.
To be eligible:
- Refback must be enabled for that specific Test Lab project.
- You may register through the Official Site or Join via Referral, depending on the project setup.
- To participate in Refback, the required form must be completed after registering through the referral link.
- External username and external email must be provided.
- All claims are reviewed manually.
This manual review is important because it helps us keep the system fair, reduce abuse, and make better decisions based on real activity. β
Is the reffback percentage fixed? π―
No β and this is important.
The exact reffback percentage is not guaranteed in advance. The final amount is decided by our team based on several factors, including:
- the current condition and status of the project;
- your activity within the project;
- the quality of the information submitted;
- and other relevant evaluation factors.
In other words, this is not a fixed cashback system. It is a goodwill-based reward feature that gives us flexibility to evaluate each case fairly and responsibly. βοΈ
More than rewards β better communication π‘
One of the main reasons this feature matters is communication.
We want to build a system where project information moves faster between users and our team. If a project starts performing well, we want that information to reach the community quickly. If warning signs appear, we also want users to know sooner rather than later.
In the future, we may continue expanding this system by adding:
- more eligible Test Lab projects;
- clearer claim periods for each project;
- better ways for users to report project activity;
- and faster updates based on real user feedback.
The goal is simple: stronger communication, faster information, and better visibility into project quality. π
A quick note about fairness π‘οΈ
Refback Rewards is meant to support honest participation.
Any abuse, false information, misleading submissions, or attempts to bypass the system may result in claim rejection, removal from the program, or account suspension.
We want this feature to stay useful, fair, and valuable for the community β and that only works when it is used properly. β
Final thoughts β€οΈ
Refback Rewards is more than just a new bonus option.
It is a new feature built to encourage active testing, reward valuable participation, and help us deliver faster, clearer, and more objective project information to the community.
By taking part, users are not only helping themselves β they are also helping us improve the speed and quality of Test Lab updates for everyone. β¨
