1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CryptoFaucet.watch, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Website.
2. Definitions
Website means CryptoFaucet.watch and all related services, features, systems, and tools operated by the Website operator.
User means any person who visits, registers on, or uses the Website.
WATCH means an internal virtual reward unit used exclusively within the CryptoFaucet.watch ecosystem. WATCH is not legal tender, not cryptocurrency, not electronic money, not stored money, not a deposit, and does not represent guaranteed monetary value.
Shop Balance means a non-withdrawable internal balance used exclusively for internal platform features, PTC advertising, purchases, bonuses, and other internal services. Shop Balance is not a deposit and cannot be withdrawn.
Main Balance means an internal balance to which eligible WATCH rewards, transfers, releases, or credits may be added under the Website’s internal rules, feature logic, anti-abuse checks, and related requirements. Only eligible WATCH already credited to Main Balance may be considered for withdrawal.
WATCH Purchase means the acquisition of WATCH using supported external cryptocurrency payment methods. A WATCH Purchase is not a deposit, not an investment, and does not create a withdrawable money account.
3. Nature of the Website
CryptoFaucet.watch is a reward-based platform offering Faucet claims, PTC advertising, surveys, offerwalls, Referral Hub features, Daily Streak, Test Lab, refback, WATCH rewards, and related user-engagement features.
CryptoFaucet.watch:
is not a bank;
is not a financial institution;
does not provide investment, savings, payment, or financial-advisory services;
does not accept deposits.
WATCH exists only within the CryptoFaucet.watch system and has no guaranteed monetary or market value outside the Website.
4. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
The User must be at least 18 years old or have reached the minimum lawful age required to use the Website in their jurisdiction.
The User agrees to:
provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information;
use the account personally and in good faith;
maintain only the number of accounts permitted by the Website;
comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and platform rules.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials and for all activity carried out through the account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The User must not:
exploit bugs, errors, loopholes, or technical weaknesses;
manipulate Faucet claims, PTC views, rewards, balances, bonuses, referrals, refback claims, payments, or withdrawals;
create or use multiple accounts where such conduct is prohibited;
use bots, automation, emulators, scripts, exploits, or other unfair methods;
generate artificial activity or overload the system;
interfere with Website stability, payment flows, withdrawal systems, or partner integrations;
abuse advertisements, surveys, offerwalls, referral systems, Test Lab, or partner systems;
submit false information, fabricated evidence, or misleading payment claims;
use VPNs, proxies, modified devices, or similar methods where used to commit fraud, evade controls, conceal abusive activity, or bypass regional restrictions;
attempt to avoid timers, verification systems, security checks, or reward requirements.
6. WATCH Purchases and Crypto Payments
WATCH may be offered for purchase using supported external cryptocurrency payment methods.
Important rules:
purchased WATCH is credited only to Shop Balance unless expressly stated otherwise;
Shop Balance is not withdrawable;
purchased WATCH is intended only for internal platform features, PTC advertising, purchases, bonuses, or other internal services;
a WATCH Purchase does not create guaranteed withdrawal eligibility or guaranteed transfer to Main Balance.
All payments must be successfully confirmed through the relevant payment system before any crediting is made.
CryptoFaucet.watch is not responsible for blockchain delays, incorrect networks, incorrect wallet information, insufficient transaction fees, third-party outages, or other problems outside the Website’s reasonable control.
7. Immediate Supply of Digital Content and No Refunds After Crediting
WATCH Purchases are intended for the immediate supply of internal digital content, virtual features, or related internal digital services within the platform ecosystem.
By completing a WATCH Purchase, the User expressly requests the immediate supply of WATCH or the related internal virtual service after successful payment.
By completing the purchase, the User also acknowledges that once WATCH or the related internal virtual service has been credited, activated, delivered, or otherwise made available for immediate use, refunds no longer apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All completed WATCH Purchases are final and non-refundable once WATCH has been credited, activated, delivered, or otherwise made available for use within the platform.
For the avoidance of doubt:
WATCH Purchases are not deposits;
WATCH Purchases are not withdrawable funds;
WATCH Purchases do not create a money-storage or custody relationship;
purchased WATCH is not refundable merely because the User changes their mind after crediting or activation.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law where digital content or digital services are defective, not as described, or not functioning as required.
8. Release or Credit to Main Balance
WATCH may be transferred, released, rewarded, or otherwise credited to Main Balance only in accordance with the Website’s internal rules and only where:
the relevant activity, feature, reward condition, or internal requirement has been completed;
the required technical, anti-abuse, security, or risk checks have been passed;
the account is not restricted for suspicious activity or policy violations;
the reward or transaction remains valid and has not been reversed by a partner.
CryptoFaucet.watch may delay, limit, adjust, reverse, or deny a credit to Main Balance where there is a reasonable basis to believe that abuse, fraud, duplicate-account activity, payment risk, system manipulation, partner reversal, unlawful conduct, or other rule violations are involved.
9. Withdrawals
Only eligible WATCH already credited to Main Balance may be considered for withdrawal.
The standard withdrawal limits are:
minimum withdrawal: 1000 WATCH;
maximum withdrawal: 50000 WATCH;
withdrawal frequency: one withdrawal request per 24 hours.
These limits apply equally to all Users.
The same minimum and maximum limits apply to FaucetPay and supported external cryptocurrency withdrawals.
Supported external cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to a 10% processing fee.
All withdrawal requests require manual approval.
Withdrawal eligibility and approval may depend on:
account status;
available Main Balance;
applicable minimum, maximum, and frequency limits;
account activity history;
earning sources;
submitted withdrawal information;
security and anti-abuse checks;
third-party service availability;
compliance with these Terms and other platform rules.
A submitted withdrawal request does not guarantee approval or immediate processing.
Withdrawals may be delayed, limited, suspended, rejected, or denied where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the User’s activity involves abuse, fraud, multi-accounting, payment risk, fabricated activity, partner reversals, policy violations, or other security concerns.
CryptoFaucet.watch may request additional information or carry out an additional manual review before approving a withdrawal.
Withdrawals may be processed through third-party service providers such as FaucetPay or other supported methods.
CryptoFaucet.watch is not responsible for delays, limitations, outages, wallet restrictions, incorrect details supplied by the User, or errors caused by third-party services or blockchain networks.
10. Abuse of Payment and Purchase Systems
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and treated as abuse:
repeatedly initiating WATCH Purchases without genuine intent to complete them;
excessive failed, cancelled, expired, or abandoned payment attempts;
automated or test-like payment request flows;
probing, testing, stressing, or attempting to extract information about payment logic or system behaviour;
fraudulent payment disputes;
chargebacks or misleading payment complaints where such methods are used abusively;
submitting false transaction identifiers or false payment evidence.
Such conduct may result in immediate account restriction, suspension, or termination, even where no successful transfer of funds ultimately occurred.
11. Rewards, Balances, and Forfeiture
All WATCH, bonuses, rewards, credited units, Main Balance, and Shop Balance are internal to the platform.
They may be modified, limited, adjusted, reversed, or removed where reasonably necessary for:
security;
anti-abuse protection;
technical integrity;
correction of errors;
partner reversals;
system balance;
platform sustainability;
payment risk;
legal or regulatory reasons.
Any WATCH or reward obtained through purchases, Faucet claims, PTC activity, referrals, surveys, offerwalls, Test Lab, refback, bonuses, partner systems, or other platform mechanisms may be removed or forfeited if abuse, fraud, manipulation, false evidence, partner reversal, or violations of these Terms are detected.
Faucet rewards are based on probability. The availability of a possible reward does not guarantee that the User will receive it.
PTC rewards are credited only after the relevant view has been properly completed and validated.
Referral commissions are paid only from activity that is eligible under the current referral rules.
12. Suspension and Termination
CryptoFaucet.watch may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:
these Terms have been violated;
abuse, fraud, multi-accounting, automation, or suspicious activity has occurred;
false information or fabricated evidence has been submitted;
the User’s conduct creates risk for the Website, its systems, partners, payment providers, advertisers, or community;
the account is being used in a misleading, abusive, technically risky, or unauthorized manner.
Suspension or termination may result in:
loss of access;
restriction of internal features;
cancellation of pending rewards or transactions;
forfeiture of balances or rewards obtained through prohibited activity;
withdrawal restrictions or permanent withdrawal denial.
Where reasonably possible, restrictions may be reviewed based on available account, technical, transaction, and security information.
13. Limitation of Liability
CryptoFaucet.watch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoFaucet.watch is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including:
loss of data;
loss of rewards or balances;
loss of profits or opportunities;
service interruptions;
downtime;
blockchain delays or failures;
third-party system failures, reversals, delays, or errors;
actions or failures of external projects, advertisers, survey providers, offerwalls, payment services, or other partners.
Nothing in this section excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by mandatory law.
14. Privacy and Data
Use of the Website is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
By using the Website, the User understands that CryptoFaucet.watch may process account, activity, security, anti-abuse, payment, withdrawal, device, IP, advertising, referral, Test Lab, refback, and related data for the purposes of service delivery, protection, legitimate interests, risk management, and enforcement of platform rules, as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Users are entitled to clear and understandable information about such processing.
15. Changes to These Terms
CryptoFaucet.watch may update these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary for:
legal reasons;
security;
anti-abuse protection;
technical changes;
changes to platform structure, rewards, limits, or features;
payment, advertising, or partner-system changes;
platform sustainability.
The updated version will be published on this page with a new Effective Date.
Continued use of the Website after such publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
